The Everything Course

(7-week course exploring how to play your part in the renewal of culture).  This small group course is designed to give us both the biblical foundation and practical application for how we can all play our part in the renewal of culture – whether in our families, communities, work, or places of study.  Featuring Andy Crouch, with David and Philippa Stroud, each session contains a reflection, one or more videos, and a discussion.  Available for free here.

Fruitfulness on the Frontline

Fruitfulness on the Frontline

(suitable for small groups)

Everyone has a frontline, whether at work, at school or university, the street where you live, the local pub or sports club, the job centre, a retirement home, or maybe a group you belong to. This series helps you to think about your frontline and how God might be working with you and through you in your different contexts throughout the week.  Small group leaders can obtain the course material for free by emailing chris.gillies@staldates.org.uk.  Also available to buy from London Institute of Contemporary Christianity.

Transforming Work

(Facilitated course – 8 evenings spread over 12 months)

Transforming Work allows you to gather with other working Christians who attend St Aldates to explore the biblical view of work and how to practically apply it in your own life.  In a relaxed atmosphere over a meal, it provides ways to examine your work situation through different frameworks and opportunities to discuss with peers how you can make a difference at work. Between gatherings, the smartphone app gives ways to reflect, try things out, and pray, leaving time for seeds to grow, discoveries to be made, and for God to do what only he can do. To express interest in this course please email chris.gillies@staldates.org.uk
