This Associate Minister role is a vital new post, created in response to the exciting opportunities presented by our thriving and expanding church. This role will enhance the leadership capability and capacity within the existing Senior Leadership Team. Working closely with the Rector, the Associate Minister will enjoy turning vision into reality through the oversight of a number of core ministries and new strategic initiatives. This is an exciting role with the potential to make a significant kingdom impact in our strategic context at a key time. The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Rector at St Aldates plays a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing smooth and efficient operation of the Rector’s office. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks to support the Rector.
The PA will ensure the Rector’s office continues to be organised, focused, and will support the Rector’s ministry responsibilities by managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and ensuring clear communication. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of the church and supporting its mission to serve the congregation and the wider community.

We are in need of some friendly people who have some spare time to cover Reception at the church offices during working hours (9am-5pm). We currently have 2 out of 5 days weeks covered, but are keen to get others involved.

We are in need of people to operate cameras across all services. Previous experience is not essential, but some basic knowledge of camera gear and filming would be beneficial. Flexible hours on Sunday throughout the month depending on availability.

We are currently looking for leaders on a Sunday morning to help inspire and disciple our younger youth group (Years 7-9). If you have experience leading young people, or you are interested in finding out more, please get in touch with us at youth@staldates.org.uk
