The Production Lead is a vital role responding to the exciting opportunities of a growing church and plays a critical part in delivering excellent worship, services, and events. This role exists to ensure that sound, production, and livestream environments are delivered to a consistently high standard, enabling people to encounter God without technical distraction.
Working closely with the Worship Director, ministry leaders, and volunteer teams, and reporting to the Creative Pastor, the post holder will lead on sound production, while also providing oversight across wider production disciplines including livestream, vision, and lighting.
This role combines hands-on technical excellence with leadership, planning, and training responsibility. The right person will be passionate about sound as a craft, confident leading teams in live environments, and motivated to build sustainable volunteer capability.

The Facilities & Operations Coordinator exists to ensure that the buildings, facilities and operational infrastructure of St Aldates are safe, compliant, well-maintained and equipped to support the mission and ministry of the church.
Working closely with the Operations Lead, Head Verger, Events & Hospitality Manager and external contractors, the post-holder will coordinate the day-to-day management of the church's facilities, ensuring that our buildings remain welcoming, functional and fit for ministry.
As St Aldates continues to grow, this role will contribute to developing eYicient facilities management systems that enable ministry to flourish. By proactively coordinating maintenance, compliance and building operations, the Facilities & Operations Coordinator will help create an environment in which ministry teams, volunteers and guests can thrive.
The postholder will be passionate about excellent stewardship, recognising that well-managed buildings and facilities enable the mission of the Church and provide spaces where people can encounter Jesus.
