STEPS is a 12-week course that can help you find freedom from unhelpful patterns.
Course will run Tuesdays 14 January - 31 March 2020.
Introductory sessions: choose 17th or 24th of November.
Everybody struggles with something. From insecurity and fear to anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem and anger issues, these thoughts and patterns of behaviour stop us from living our lives to the full.
Tuesdays, 14 January - 31 March, 7.15-9.30pm

plus Saturday 8 February , 9.30am-3.30pm,
